A little bit of blowing my own trumpet
Guess what? I got my Uni results back. You know how a few weeks ago I was writing those assignments? Well, I got a credit for one, and a high distinction for the other. Oh yeah, I am loving myself sick about that at the moment!

I have been so busy flat out at work and at home, I haven't done a whole lot of knitting. I am almost finished the basic doll shape for the Tiny Madam, I will finish the last leg tonight, and start some teeny clothes for it. Hopefully by the weekend there will be a walking talking livin' doll for the TM to play with. Hopefully I am better at making doll's clothes than person clothes!

I have, however, inspired some sock knitting amongst colleagues. We are yet to knit in the staffroom, but I think it is only a matter of time.

Thanks for the icy tips - I am making it to work in time. Just.

Wow!! I don't know how you do it all : family, job, hobbies AND study!! You need a medal.
And you are a spreading the knitting bug too!!!
Congratulations, Gold Star, Tick VG!!!

Well done!

At Tafe we are either competent or not yet competent, so far I am competent, however if motived we can go to Uni level and do a diploma in hospitality.

But writing assignments? Maybe not for me.

Congratulations!!!
Great results you are rightfully proud.

Oh so well done and so much achieved! Looking forward to seeing the results of dolly soon.
Cheers Gillian

Good work! It's so nice to get recognition for your efforts. Have you decided what to do with the silk?

I think with results like those you are entitled to blow your own trumpet as loud as you would like!
Don't know how you do it. Yes I do, hard work! Congratulations!!!

michelle
