  I am wireless!
Hey there, again long time no blog. I thought I would just drop a few lines to tell you how I have been. Knitting is going very slowly, and I am looking forward to holidays so I can use some serious down time to finish my cardigan and reassess the whole knitting fiasco. I feel like I am letting the team down at the moment with my slackness.

One problem is that we have gone wireless at my house, and sitting at the computer has become a whole lot more comfortable. I am sitting on the recliner right now, laptop atop lap blogging and reading blogs. Ah, it really is a tough life.

I went to Melbourne last week for work, and dragged the Spunk along. He had a wonderful time shopping and sightseeing, while I slaved away draining my brain. Actually, it was very interesting and I met some semi famous smart people, which was cool. I am a sucker for a semi celebrity! We also went to a SHOW - at Crown Casino. It was very good and we enjoyed it immensely. We were lucky enough to be given the tickets, which made it all that much better! The performers were so strong!!

  holy genealogy batman!
Gosh - two weeks, no three since I posted. Anyone would think I have been overcome by an uncontrollable urge to fill my family tree! I have been busy finding convicts and other exciting information about my family and my husband's family! We are doing well - I have six convicts (so far!) and he has two. That makes 8 for my kids!! How bad can you be? B B B B B Bad to the bone. If you were in Campbell Town last weekend you may have seen two locals heavily disguised as tourists walking the main street looking for bricks with familiar names on! We found some! We also went to Ross to the Female Factory site (not where they made females apparently) and I was shocked to see sheep pooping all over my bloody heritage! Sheesh. I am about to become a history vigilante! Watch this space.

I had finished the back and two fronts plus a third of a sleeve on the cardigan, when I ran out of yarn and of course you know where (bsodl) had none left, so I had to hit the K(mart) and of course there was none of the same dye lot, and of course they are so different I had to pull the whole bloody thing apart and start again. I have done the back thus far.

Work has been busy, we have all had the flu (again) and apart from that there is not much news. I will try to be more interactive! SO MANY BLOGS TO READ, SO LITTLE TIME!

Knitting . . . creating something from not much at all.
